WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING METHODS?

My Floorball offers two shipping methods - ECONOMY and EXPRESS worldwide!  Shipping costs vary depending on a variety of multiple factors, for example, location, weight, package measurements, and more. After variables have been calculated, carriers will put a cost on shipment. 

NOTE: After My Floorball has given your order to the courier, and You have received your shipment tracking number, all delivery depends on the courier company.

WHICH COURIERS DO YOU RELY ON FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS?

My Floorball relies on FedEx and DPD couriers.

CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

Currently, My Floorball doesn’t offer such an option. Our couriers allow only one address for one order. If You would like to send your sports training aids to another address, you must make another order.

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS & DUTIES?

If you are ordering a package internationally, it could be subject to customs and duties charges. We recommend you check your local import office for more information about possible charges.

IS MY ORDER COVERED UNDER WARRANTY IF SPORTS TRAINING AIDS HAVE BEEN DAMAGED IN TRANSIT? 

If sport training aids have been damaged in transit due to shipper neglect, please contact us via email at info@myfloorball.eu

NOTE:  To return damaged sports training aids, you can refuse the package(s) or contact us so we could send you a prepaid return shipping label.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER LEAVE THE WAREHOUSE?

Most orders leave our warehouse within 1 - 3 business days. Orders placed with Express shipping will leave our warehouse even faster. 

NOTE: Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays)

IS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email from info@myfloorball.eu informing you about the exact delivery date along with your order’s tracking number.

NOTE: Once you receive your order confirmation and tracking number, your tracking number may be shown on the courier's tracking system within a 1–2-day delay.

HOW WILL THE COURIER CONTACT ME?

The courier will contact the receiver by phone or e-mail (using the contact information you provided during checkout) regarding the most suitable time for delivery.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? 

After You received an email with your order’s tracking number there will be shown what kind of courier did take your sports training aids, simply, copy your tracking number and put it on the courier tracking page:
